Cases

Software and technology in practice.

From modernising existing software to designing new decision logic and assessing technical quality. Our cases show how we work when software directly affects operations, continuity and further growth.

Four perspectives on the same technical landscape

The primary question determines which expertise leads. Other disciplines join where needed.

Sometimes a new system is not the best answer

A question about warehouse and inventory processes began with understanding the existing Thinkwise ERP and WMS environment again. Building came later.

Link2Leap examined how processes, systems, data and future needs connected. The chosen route was to selectively strengthen and modernise the existing foundation instead of adding another application.

The modernisation included migration to the Thinkwise Universal GUI. Opportunities involving AI were explored only after the operational processes, system landscape and available data had been understood.

Connected expertise

A case rarely starts in one category.

One situation can involve technical quality, modernisation, new engineering and focused automation. The primary question defines the starting point. Other areas of expertise join only where they add something.
