Link2Leap was created from a strong interest in technology and the belief that progress starts with careful observation. Not by immediately accelerating, building or filling in the answer, but by first understanding what is really needed.
Technology can enable a lot, but only when it fits the organisation that has to work with it. A solution can be technically sound and still fail to align with processes, responsibilities or the people who depend on it. In that case, it does not create sustainable improvement, but often new complexity. That is why we do not only look at what is possible, but mainly at what is logical, sustainable and responsible.

Link2Leap was founded by Moller Toma and Jasper Kloost. Based on their own experience in strategy, execution, technology and architecture, they are building an organisation in which specialist digital expertise is connected by one quality standard.
What connects them is a shared interest in technology, entrepreneurship and doing good work. Not from the idea that every organisation needs more technology, but from the belief that digital choices can be made more carefully, more sharply and with stronger reasoning.

The way Link2Leap works is based on a number of simple principles. Not as values for the wall, but as a practical test for digital challenges, collaborations and decisions.
Clarity comes before complexity.
Digital challenges are often made more complicated than necessary. We see it as our role to create overview, make dependencies visible and bring choices back to what really matters.
We assess before we determine direction.
A good choice does not start with a solution, but with understanding the challenge. That is why we first look at context, goals, risks and coherence before determining which expertise, technology or next step is needed.
Quality is never optional.
Speed is valuable, but it should not come at the expense of careful consideration. Digital choices often have long-term consequences. That is why quality should not be checked only afterwards, but should be part of the assessment from the start.
Expertise matters more than opinions.
Complex challenges require substantive knowledge, experience and sound judgement. We do not base choices on preference, convenience or the loudest voice, but on craftsmanship, facts and defensible reasoning.
